Jimmy wants a house.

Unfortunately, houses cost money.

Before anyone will lend him some, Jimmy must navigate deposits, affordability checks, credit scores, interest rates, surveys, solicitors, insurance and a seemingly endless supply of forms asking where every penny he has ever owned came from.

Eventually, Jimmy reaches an important financial decision.

He gives up.

But then Jimmy spots the perfect solution: a new job as a lighthouse keeper — complete with a house by the sea.

All Jimmy has to do is look after the lighthouse.
