Jimmy Opens A Restaurant

Jimmy has always fancied owning a restaurant. Unfortunately, food costs money, chefs expect wages, and customers have surprisingly high standards about hygiene.

Determined to turn a profit, Jimmy starts cutting corners everywhere he can. Cheaper ingredients become questionable ingredients, portion sizes shrink, and food safety becomes more of a suggestion than a rule.

Then Jimmy notices the restaurant next door throwing perfectly good food into the bins.

One restaurant’s trash is another’s dinner!

With profits soaring and the kitchen inspector asking increasingly awkward questions, Jimmy is about to discover why some ingredients are better left in the bin.
